Located at 310 Padre Blvd in South Padre Island, TX, Margaritaville Beach Resort South Padre Island opened its doors to guests yesterday, March 30.
Enhancements offered at the new hotel include modern design aesthetics, signature food and beverage concepts, a tropical pool upgrade, a newly installed lush landscape, a new lobby, and a complete transformation of all room categories.

Complimenting SPI’s relaxed, family-friendly beach aesthetic, the resort’s new bedroom layouts display an ocean view in every room.
Besides LandShark Bar & Grill, the resort will include Joe Merchant Coffee & Provisions and Salty Rim Bar & Grill, as well as pools, a relaxing firepit, an on-site spa, and around eight thousand square feet of meeting and event space.
Salty Rim Bar & Grill
Known as the coolest swim-up bar South Padre Island has to offer, the Salty Rim Bar & Grill provides an island-inspired pub serving frosty margaritas, draft brews, light bites, and much more.
Joe Merchant’s Coffee & Provisions
The hotel will also meet daily morning needs, from coffee and breakfast sandwiches to snacks and more.
St. Somewhere Spa
Also available is the company’s St. Somewhere Spa.
