Meet Gayle, the real estate dynamo who got her start by investing in property and quickly turned her passion into selling and developing real estate—on a Caribbean island, no less. Yep, back in 1993, while the rest of us were figuring out how to set up our email, Gayle was already living the dream on Roatán. Six and a half years later, she traded island life for South Padre Island in 2000, because, well, once you've mastered one paradise, why not try another?
She’s been crushing it in the Laguna Madre area ever since, racking up real estate awards like they’re going out of style. Seriously, her trophy shelf probably needs its own zip code. But despite her killer career, Gayle’s true loves are her husband, two sons, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and her beloved YaYa girlfriends. Even though they’re scattered across the globe, she’s made sure South Padre Island feels like home to them too. When she’s not closing deals, you can find her reeling in fish, hopping on planes, scuba diving, or planning her next adventure. Basically, if it involves water, heights, or wanderlust, Gayle’s in. Let’s talk achievements, because, oh boy, there are a lot!
From the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award to the 2021 RE/MAX Diamond Team Award and everything in between, Gayle’s basically the Meryl Streep of real estate—just with more property and less Oscar speeches. She’s been listed in the RE/MAX of Texas Top 500 (2014–2022), bagged multiple Platinum and Chairman’s Team Awards, and has a spot in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Need a certified luxury home marketing specialist or a Texas accredited commercial specialist? She’s got you covered there, too. Oh, and did we mention her star turn on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt & Island Life? Yeah, Gayle’s kind of a big deal on screen, too. But don’t let the awards and TV appearances fool you. Gayle’s true passion is serving her community.
She’s been a fixture on the SPI EDC board, Port Isabel Chamber of Commerce, and SPI Board of Realtors, even serving as president (twice!) and earning the 2013 "Realtor of the Year" title. She chairs committees, directs boards, and probably gives the best PowerPoint presentations this side of the Gulf. Above all, Gayle prides herself on being honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable—and a whole lot of fun. Real estate may be her game, but making connections and having a blast while doing it? That’s her superpower.
