Cynthia Rocha has been a real estate agent since 2015. She got her start with CDCB, a non-profit geared towards affordable housing. She began with AmeriCorp doing volunteer work for Youth Build, wrote grants, and was involved in public relations and community outreach before becoming licensed. Once licensed she specialized in first time home buyers for 2 years before becoming a REMAX agent. Her and her husband are local restaurant owners and enjoy the island life with their son, Gavin. Being born and raised in Brownsville, TX, she is very familiar with the lower valley. She speaks fluent Spanish and is a huge asset to our team in which she joined in 2023.
