Meet Cynthia Rocha, a real estate agent since 2015 who’s been navigating the housing world like a pro ever since. She got her start at CDCB, a non-profit focused on affordable housing, where she was practically a superhero—volunteering with AmeriCorps, working on Youth Build, writing grants, and handling public relations and community outreach like it was no big deal.
Once she got her real estate license, she dove into helping first-time home buyers for two years before making the leap to REMAX.
When she's not busy being a real estate rockstar, Cynthia and her husband are serving up delicious meals as local restaurant owners at Viva and Yummies Bistro, while enjoying the island life with their son, Gavin. Born and raised in Brownsville, TX, Cynthia knows the Lower Valley like the back of her hand—and with fluent Spanish under her belt, she’s got an extra edge in the market.
Cynthia joined the team in 2023, and it’s safe to say she’s been a game-changer ever since. She’s already racked up REMAX’s Executive and 100% Club awards, because, of course, she’s that good. Oh, and let’s not forget her dog Bailey, who probably thinks Cynthia is just as amazing as we do.
