The Padre Elite Team attends the RE/MAX International Conference each year to acquire more education and to keep up with the latest technology available to Realtors in the Marketplace. They have received numerous awards for being Top Producers in the real estate industry. The team has earned the 2018 Chairman's Team Award & 2017, 2019, 2020 Titan Team Award, & now 2021-2023 Diamond Team Award! The real estate market is showing an increase in the number of sales and an increase in values. The Padre Elite Team closed 100 transactions in 2017 for $27 Million, 93 transactions in 2018 for $27 Million, 93 transactions in 2020 for $27+ Million and now in 2021, 2022, and 2023, 120+ transactions for $53+Million.
