Alycen is a modest, top producing Realtor with a doctorate degree in pharmacy. After graduating from University of Texas at Austin, her first career for 18 years was as a pharmacist. She advanced to a management position over a district of pharmacists. In the retail pharmacy industry she learned that customer service is what it is all about, no matter which industry you are in.
Over 13 years ago Alycen moved from San Antonio to South Padre Island because of her love for the beach and the outdoors. This is where she met her husband, Kevin Osmers. They were married in 2017 in Iceland, which proves she loves adventurous travel.
She loves animals and has a menagerie of rescue animals. Alycen serves on the Laguna Madre Humane Society Board. She also serves on the South Padre Island Board of Realtors Membership Committee.
Her other interests are travel, being outside, reading, snowboarding, and exercising. Most of all, she loves a challenge.
Alycen started in real estate in 2017 and quickly grew to be a Top Producing agent. After her first year in 2018, she achieved the 100% Club Award with RE/MAX, and in 2019, she achieved the RE/MAX Platinum Award. In 2020, she advanced to the RE/MAX Chairman Award and RE/MAX Hall of Fame with 78 transactions for $22,000,000 in gross sales. In 2021 & 2022, she advanced again to the REMAX Chairman Award.
Because of her accomplishments in such a short amount of time, the South Padre Island Board of Realtors voted her the 2021 Realtor of the Year.
On January 1, 2022, she acquired the Padre Elite Team, PLLC and is now the team leader and owner of the team’s company. The team has continued to grow from four agent to six and they are still the #1 producing team in the South Padre Island Board of Realtors as of 2023!
