When we present an offer on a property to you & get an acceptance of that offer, we confirm that all these documents are correctly provided and we make sure that you are protected in the best way possible.
Monitor Your Deal Closely Through Closing ...Once we have an executed contract submitted to the title company, The Padre Elite Team monitors the progress of tasks and timelines stipulated by the contract to ensure requirements are met and the process flows smoothly to closing. Action items such as the termination option period deadline, seller’s disclosure, appraisal, inspection, resale certificate, survey, etc., must be completed in accordance to the contract.
Six + Two ...Since there are six licensed agents plus two assistants on our team, we are able to provide exceptional service for you. When one of us is tied up, the other one is there to back us up. Alycen started in real estate in 2017 and quickly grew to be a Top Producing agent. After her first year in 2018, she achieved the 100% Club Award with RE/MAX, and in 2019, she achieved the RE/MAX Platinum Award. In 2020, she advanced to the RE/MAX Chairman Award and RE/MAX Hall of Fame with 78 transactions for $22,000,000 in gross sales. In 2021 & 2022, she advanced again to the REMAX Chairman Award.

Cynthia Rocha has been a real estate agent since 2015. She got her start with CDCB, a non-profit geared towards affordable housing. She began with AmeriCorp doing volunteer work for Youth Build, wrote grants, and was involved in public relations and community outreach before becoming licensed. Cynthia has been recognized with the following REMAX awards: Executive and 100% Club awards for the past several years.
Stacey is a long time resident of the island and her background in the service industry and client relations gives her an edge when it comes to buyers and sellers. She has her license in the banking and finance industry where she worked from 2012-2018. Stacey has received the REMAX executive award in 2019, 2020, and 2022.
