The Lighted Boat Parade will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, beginning at Sea Ranch Marina on South Padre Island, Texas at 6:00 p.m. Designated viewing locations throughout the route will offer public viewing.
Scheduled Date: Saturday, December 4, 2021 (Backup Date: Saturday, December 11, 2021)
Registration deadline is Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 5:00 p.m
There is no entry fee to take part in this event.
CAPTAIN’S MEETING (MANDATORY)
2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 4th at the SPI Convention Centre.
Boat numbers and instructions will be provided.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in the following categories. Prizes will be awarded to the Best Overall Boats. Prizes will be awarded, and winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner at Longboard Bar & Grill immediately following the boat parade.
Medium/Large Boats (25 ft. & over)
Small/Medium Boats (24 ft. & under)
Vessels will be judged based on the following criteria:

Boats will meet at the Sea Ranch Marina (SPI) on Saturday, December 4th at 5:30 p.m. We are asking for the non-commercial boats to extend to route to pass Jim’s Pier and go to Aries Dr. near the last FREE Boat ramp. We are trying to increase the viewing areas of the boat parade to promote social distancing for our spectators. SEE MAP HERE.
