Laurie Howell was my agent in the purchase of my newest condo on South Padre Island. Her level of professionalism should set a precedent. We did the initial showing, with a second walk-thru in person, but then everything else was by phone and email over a long distance. I would definitely recommend Padre Elite Team, and would give them more than 5 stars!
